25mm*35mm Grinding Cylpebs
Compared to traditional grinding balls, the uniform cylindrical shape of our cylpebs increases surface area and improves contact with materials during milling. This results in more efficient grinding and a more uniform particle size distribution. The high hardness ensures low wear and high impact resistance, making them a cost-effective choice for long-term use. Their compact design is especially effective in secondary or regrind stages where precision matters.
Product Insights
25mm*35mm grinding cylpebs are specifically designed for fine grinding applications where more surface contact is required. Made from high-quality alloy steel, each cylpeb is heat-treated to reach a hardness of HRC 60–66, providing excellent wear resistance and consistent performance. These cylpebs are widely used in industries such as mineral processing, cement production, and ceramic raw material grinding.

Partnership Advantages
We use advanced continuous casting and automatic heat treatment systems, which allow us to control the hardness and structure of each cylpeb with high precision. Unlike many competitors, we apply a slow cooling process after quenching, which improves toughness and reduces the risk of internal stress cracks. With a dedicated quality control team and a flexible production system, we can ensure stable supply, fast lead times, and consistent quality that meets the strict demands of your grinding operations.
