4 Inch Forged Grinding Ball
With a larger diameter, 4-inch balls deliver stronger impact force, ideal for breaking down large ore particles during the initial grinding phase. The high surface hardness combined with a tough, crack-resistant core extends the wear life of the balls and keeps performance stable over time. Their durability means fewer mill stoppages, less ball consumption, and better overall efficiency in your grinding operation.
Product Overview
Our 4-inch forged grinding balls are built for heavy-duty grinding applications, especially in large-scale mining operations, cement kilns, and ore concentrators. Made from specially selected alloy steel, each ball is hot-forged and undergoes a precise heat treatment process to achieve a hardness range of HRC 60–66. This ensures strong impact resistance and stable grinding performance, even under high load conditions.
