Who are we?
Jinan ZenTi Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., a high-tech heavy industry company, was established in March 2010 with registered capital of 100 million (RMB). We have two plants, with an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons and more than 150 employees. Our company is a globally engaged forging industry company. In addition, we have participated in many mining exhibitions held in Dubai, Las Vegas, Santiago (Chile), Peru, and other locations, showcasing our products and technologies. To better serve our customers, we have opened an office in Santiago, Chile, and established multiple distributors worldwide, ensuring global product supply and support.
We are not only a leading manufacturer of fasteners and grinding media, and a technology developer, focusing on R&D investment and industry upgrades.
Plant and Equipment
We have newly established a plant including three new producing lines for grinding balls and rods at the end of 2022, with a total production capacity of more than 80,000 tons of grinding media products.

Quality Control System
We have been developing and applying an efficient integrated quality control system (CRM). We strictly follow the code of conduct and obey the regulations of CRM on a daily basis. Our company has developed a new-style quality control system, which includes three main pillars:
-Consistency
We keep our quality standards updated and always apply the newest and most strict industrial standards in our quality control system. In addition, we frequently do the test and make sure all the tests are done fairly under supervision.
-Independent
We encourage staff to report risk issues and provide anonymous reporting channels like hotlines and mailboxes to protect our employees. Our Risk Control Department, isolated from any other departments, collaborates with third-party quality testing agency to guardian safety and quality.
-Multi firewalls
Three lines of defense are respectively established in the pre-production (raw material purchases) process, under-production process, and after-production process to identify and manage various quality issues.
Quality Control Technology and Equipment
Real-time inspection is the most effective means to ensure the quality of grinding balls. ZenTi has its own complete and advanced laboratory, which enables all of the tests can be conducted in-house before shipping.
