Latin America Clients Visited Jinan Zenti Heavy Industry for On-Site Inspection and Business Exchange
Jinan, China – April 4, 2025 — On the morning of Friday, April 4th, Jinan Zenti Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. warmly welcomed a delegation of business representatives from Latin America for an official visit to our manufacturing base. The visit was part of a business trip aimed at deepening cooperation and evaluating the production capability and quality assurance systems of our company, a trusted supplier of grinding media products, including steel balls, rods, and cylpebs.
The Client delegation was received by Kenny, General Manager&CEO of Jinan Zenti, along with our sales, engineers, and technical teams. We invited our clients to listen to a brief introductory session at the company’s meeting room, where our team shared a presentation about the company’s history, development milestones, our production equipment, and major export markets in South America, Africa, and Europe.
On-Site Tour of the Production Workshop
Following the presentation, the guests went into the production workshop and grinding ball manufacturing line, with Kenny and factory staff guiding the tour, the full production process was shown to our clients, from raw material inspection, heating and forging, to quenching, tempering, and final packaging.
Mr. Kenny patiently explained the function and technical specifications of each major step in the process, highlighting how we strictly follow quality standards to produce high-hardness and wear-resistant grinding media that meet international mining and cement industry requirements.
“The customers were impressed by our heat-treatment control system and our other quality control equipment,” said Kenny. “They carefully observed our workers at each station and asked professional questions about hardness, alloy composition, and service life of our grinding balls.”
Product Sample Showcase and Technical Discussion
After the factory tour, the delegation viewed product samples in our product exhibition area. Various sizes and specifications of forged steel balls, cast balls, and grinding rods were on display, accompanied by technical parameters and physical test reports. Our engineer elaborated on the differences between high carbon, 45#, and alloyed materials, as well as the customized solutions we can provide based on the customer's mining conditions and mill type.
We also presented to the clients our SGS Test Report, ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate, and other relevant documentation. These certifications gave the clients full confidence in our production system and quality control procedures. The Peruvian team expressed appreciation for our transparency and professionalism.

The visit concluded with a business discussion, where both parties exchanged ideas on deepening cooperation. The clients expressed strong interest in proceeding with the cooperation order of grinding media, with possible expansion depending on field performance and logistics feedback.
